What we need from you to start clean

We are replacing the current system. The new one only works if it opens with numbers everybody trusts — so before anything is switched on, a few decisions and a few days of preparation are needed from you and your team.

There are 18 items below. Four of them block everything else and are marked in red. Answer in whatever detail you have — "I don't know, ask the accountant" is a useful answer too. Your work is saved in this browser as you type, and you send it with one button at the end.

The four that block everything

We cannot load a single number into the new system until these are decided. Everything else can run in parallel.
